Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026. This policy describes the current CreatorChat application and this public information site. CreatorChat is operated by Shanjai. Questions and account or data deletion requests can be sent to shanjairajdev@gmail.com.

Information processed

Supabase handles account registration, email addresses, authentication credentials, and sign-in sessions. If you choose Google sign-in, CreatorChat requests basic identity information: your email, profile information, and an account identifier. It does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Cloud projects.

The chat service processes questions, conversation context, and any images you submit. It stores generated answers, citations, session records, and operational records on the application server. Do not submit information you do not want processed by the service.

Why it is used

Account information is used to authenticate you and protect access to the application. Chat information is used to retrieve sources, generate answers, and diagnose service problems.

Service providers

Supabase processes authentication information. Depending on the configured model, chat content may be processed by the model service hosted on AWS or by OpenRouter and its selected model provider. Cloudflare hosts this public information site and processes normal request information to deliver it. These providers apply their own policies to information they process.

Storage and choices

Authentication uses session cookies. This public site does not include advertising trackers. Current chat records are retained on the application server until removed; there is no automatic deletion schedule configured. You can request account or stored chat data deletion through the contact address above. Information already processed by service providers may be subject to their own retention rules.
